Yeh it would be great if we could find a link... The Johnsons in my list are not direct line to me... and some of them emigrated to the US. Did any of your Johnsons go to the US?

As for the Mycocks, Mary was my 3xg grandmother. and according to the census of 1841 was born in Stone, Staffs.

Eliza- c1814 (unknown maiden name) Born Bilston Staffs
appears to have been married 3 times to:
1. ? Nelson -c1815
2. ? Langley- c1815
3.John Whitehouse- c1803

She had at least 3 children

Benjamin Nelson -1844
Henry Nelson-1848
Edward Langley -1855 - noted as stepbrother to the others on census's and all stepsons to John Whitehouse.

In the 1891 census Henry had a nephew staying with him named John Thomas Langley -1881. In Wednesbury Not sure if tis is Edwards son as yet.

Edward was born in Tipton Staffs
John Thomas was born in Wednesbury Staffs

Havent found a def match for either husband 1 or 2 as yet.

Sorry mate my mistake. . I was getting the Langleys in Shropshire mixed up with the ones that would be on this staffs thread.. lol.
The reason i asked orginally was because i used to know a Glen Langley.. many moons ago .. but like i say .. that was in Shrewsbury.. not Staffs ...

My family on my fathers side are Nicholls, I have Hutchinson in my family not Hutchins
