	Below is copy of E I and others received today from GRU BUT NB the "Connections" site has same problem - my McAfee zapped 2 Trojans this morning and I understand Friends RU is also bugged. Ron Dear Ronald. Thanks you for your email. Please accept my apologies if this virus alert has caused you any worry. There was an advert on the site which was inviting people to download an application. At that point your anti-virus software picked this up and warned you of the various types of viruses that could be contained. This advert has now been removed from the site. 	It was very bad paying customer relations from the start,,,,,,,,,,,,, It doesnt need it now (fingers crossed) as some members have been informed from by GR the offending material has been dealt with,,,so probally rely on that getting round by word of mouth,,,,,,,,,,!!

	Errol told GR on FRIDAY what he thought and sussed where it was coming from,,,,,,,,,,!!!,,, Words fail.......... So unless you contact GR Support,,,they are going to leave it to be told by word of mouth,,,,,there should be a public announcment to everyone..........

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 7,819 Send Message	If the malicious software is already on your PC, then it will continue to keep kicking in and there is not a lot that GR can do to remove it for you. If it has come through this site, then all they can do is to take steps to prevent new infections.

	I agree. There should have been an announcement posted by GR as a locked sticky as soon as GR received notification of the problem.

	Personally I would of liked GR to stand up and be counted too but gather Errol (dont know him) is on the case and would like to just thank him for his time. As for GR being short staffed at weekends....HOGWASH dont stop them pulling threads does it eh??? gets off soap box n runs >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
