Are you sure about the date? The Umbria docked 16th July 1888. There's an Edward J Warner that day. |

Can any one tell me the best way of finding out about my ancestor who sailed from Liverpool to New York on the SS Umbria on the 20th July 1888. I have a couple of address for him up to 1897 where he was staying in san Fansisco. does any one know the best way to look for him in america? It would be good to know if he stayed or came back. |
