Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 5 Send Message	Can anyone tell me if there are any sites on the web that would contain records, pre 1840, of Irish ancestors especially from Dublin. I know that a fire destroyed most of the records in Ireland but is there a collection of maybe Parish or County records that could be accessed or were they all destroyed. Gary

	I would love to know this too Gary, pre 1800 Dublin plus other areas. Any ideas gratefully received, thanks Marilyn
	Researching: Stirrup, Williams, Winter, Newton, Johnson, Barrett, Bruce, Bruen, Hartley, Proffit, Rogers, all in Manchester and loads of other names and places
