I believe I have checked a BMD's from 1909 up to and including 1940. |

Via the link http://www.northeastbmd.org.uk/ I searched the Sunderland death records 1901-1970 with no hits. However, when I checked on the marriages, there's another Richard Maguire marr 1904 to May A Spencer. If this isn't your guy, you'd better be aware there's another Richard Maguire knocking around there. |
