Missing parts of PRs

With advances re filming badly damaged records such as the 1851 census I wonder if they`d ever consider looking again at some PRs. It`s so frustrating when you find records back to perhaps 1770 and then a huge blank gap until the late 1600s with no hope of piecing in between
.Is there one site that details all PRs with missing years and the reasons for them being unavailable?
Jay.

Sometimes they are just missing, have not survived.
The Langford Oxfordshire P/Rs are missing between 1734 and 1760!
