Street look up

I am stuck how do you do a street look up again I forgot

Do you mean in a census? If so, which one?

If the address is on the 1881 census then there is a facility for putting the address on the search page.
If its any other census, I find the list or parishes of which the address come under .
First go on the Home page.
Click the census you are interested in
This brings you to search boxes for a name etc.
Ignore this but scroll down until you see a list of counties.
Click the county youre interested in.
Within that county it will list all areas names of towns and parishes.
Find the area or parish and click.
In that list it has two columns , District numbers on the left hand side and the discription of that area on the right hand side.
You have to trawl through the right hand side until you find the road you are looking for then on the same line in the left hand column it opens up that district.starting with page no 1 unfortunately if there are 50 odd pages you have to go through them individually
I usually skip every other page until the road comes up I am after.
I have found many a mistranscription this way to find a family that I know lived there, but wasnt recorded correctly.
