National Archives Kew have lots of records on Met Police. Have a look at the research guide no 52 on their website, to see what the records cover. |

I have found two of my ancestors were in the met police in the 1800's both were Sargeants and inspectors. Where would I be able to find their service records. Thank you in anticipation |
