Tracing people after 1901 ?

I've managed to trace my great grandmother who was born in 1890. I have her birth certificate and even a marriage certificate to someone in 1911. How do I find out what happened to her after that. . I cant find anything else about her or her husband. . She had my grandmother in 1908 - but there are no details of the father on my grandmothers birth cert |

Or as a middle name -- that was the case with my mother's aunt. Somewhere there are Lewises in Nottingham that are some sort of half cousins of mine ... |

I would buy the 1916 birth cert. If you specify Sarah as mother for the checking point and turns out to be wrong, then the GRO will only charge you 3 pnds (I think). |
