Hi there, A friend of mine has been doing some research today and she found an ancestor of hers on the 1891 census whose occupation was a 'Haker'. Has anyone come across this occupation before or have any idea what it could be? Many thanks. Nicky |

Not a Haker but a Hacker possibly, does it match up with occupations on previous or following censuses? |
