1851 manchester census

I gather that the Manchester and Lancs Fam His Soc has studied that census, using ultra violet lights etc and has managed to transcribe some of the damaged pages. Some of it is just guesswork, with a ? to indicate uncertainty, other times a first name might be left out, or .... |

from ancestry, 1851 census returns of the following localities have been damaged by water during storage. Most of the damaged pieces are in the area of Manchester. |

Does anyone know if the 1851 census was destroyed as I have relos on the 41 and 61 but cant find them on the 51 |
