To find oput who was at an address in 1914 you need to check the electoral register. These are not available online or on CD, you have to visit or contact the main library for the area.

Also only people eligible to vote will be listed so no women or children.

Not sure how you can go about finding where a family were living in the other years you mention, you need an address to search an electoral roll.

Does anyone know how to find out who was living at 5 Duke st in Edinburgh in 1914 ?? and how to find where a family were living in Braunton Devon in 1926 and 1973 ??
