Can anyone please explain to me what these symbols mean????
They appear to be a new 'thingy' . I can understand 'New Threads' etc. but I'm damned if I can understand the above.

they are threads, usually placed by GR Admin, that 'stick'. i.e. they don't move down the page, always remain at the top.
