Hi all,

Merry xmas to you all. I was wondering if you could help me please with what I hope is a basic problem.

I want to view 2 or more trees at once to compare info. However if I have my own tree open, when I click to view another tree it replaces my tree in the second open window so I can't compare my tree to the 2nd one. I have even tried opening a third window with Genes Renuited again but when I click on a new tree it also replaces my tree in the 2nd window,

Any help would be most welcome,

Hi Richard

Have the same problem. What I do is to open my tree on my hard drive, then switch between that and the one on GR. Brain numbing, but it works after a fashion.

When you have your own tree open,hold down the control key and the letter n at the same time and it will open another window with tree in. Scroll down your list of trees as to which one you want open.
