On the screen you get once you have logged in there is a list of options near the top right. |

I've finally been able to gain access with my new Password. Unfortunately, I don't like the new Password they have given me, I shan't remember it in a million years. |

Have you tried typing in the password rather than copying and pasting? Sometimes if you copy you add on a "space" at the end of the password which they will reject. |
