Army records help please

My Grandad was in the second world war. Does anybody know how I could find his army records? When he died in 1986, his property was split up and nobody knows what happened to his army records and medals etc. |

You need his army number. Then you can send off for his records, they will cost £30, take about 6 months to arrive and you need permission from his next of kin. |
