How on earth do i put my tree on here SOLVED

Im trying to put my tree from ancestry onto genes and everytime i do the download gedcom i go to put in genes and it says i cant its not a proper files or something any clues?? |

I export it then it says to download into gedcom then it gives me this screen with al ist of names etc on it and no filename |

yep but it wont let me save it anywhere just gives me this list with everyone in my tree i dont know ive been trying for days now just isnt working im doing something wrong ive started again i go to manage tree then click on export tree and it prepares it then comes up saying download to gedcom file |
