Hi again Claire,

Put the disc in and the green light started to flash as it usually does. The disc however is not doing anything, its the disc to use if you want to download pictures from a mobile phone. Green light now gone out.

On my computer there is a bit of plastic covering the drawer which you have to flick down with your nail before you can see the hole. Try that

Under the drawer you should find a tiny little hole. Push a paper clip or pin into the hole & wiggle it about & hopefully the drawer should open.

Being a complete computer idiot I don't know what to do here. The disc drawer in the tower has closed and the little green light that usually comes on, now doesn't.

Have to say grandson was on computer again yesterday but I don't know if it was him that caused the propblem or not as I havent noticed that it was off until now. He did try and download some pictures from his moble phone but said he couldn't do it, after he left I did check computer and found the drawer wouldn't open.

Can anyone tell me what to do please, that is if there is anything I can do myself that is.

Betty
