Hi,

I see you are looking for the name Stringer. On England & Wales Death Index 1984-2005 there appears the name Stanley Lawson Stringer b. 14/9/1925 died May 1991 - Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Also on the England & Wales Birth Index 1837-1983 there appears the names
Stanley Lawson Stringer b. 1925, mothers name Rudling at Birm N.
Patricia I Stringer b. 1927 Ist Quarter (Jan/Feb/Mar), mothers name Rudling at Bromsgrove
Phyllis Stringer b. 1929 third Quarter (Jul, Aug, Sep) mothers name Rudling -at Solihull.

My aunt and her family emigrated to Australia in the 1950's. I know very little about them except that there were probably 6 children, one of whom was a son, Stanley Lawson Stringer. They later returned to England. Her name was Eleanor Sarah Stringer (nee Rudling) and her husband was Lawson Stringer. She was born Portsmouth .c.1903, they lived in Birmingham at one stage. I have been unable to find any records on their immigration, I have found the death of Stanley, but nothing on the death of Eleanor (known as Nellie) or anything else on the family. Any suggestions of where to look? I would like to find out about any of the other children and what happened to them.
Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
