being new to this family tree adventure ,i would like to find out from you experts,the best and easiest way to find the maiden name of a married couple,an e.g.a mr smith marries his wife who then becomes mrs smith ,the best way to find her maiden name? |

If the couple had children, then buying the birth certificate of one of the children will give you the mother's maiden name. |
