Hi everyone, I do have his army number 53539 3rd Somerset Light Infantry he was a Cpl. Thank you for all your help, I will try and find his birth entry. The problem I have trying to trace the Walker family is that my Husband also Thomas Walker and his father was called Thomas Walker married a Barbara Jean Walker (No relation) it is such a common name I seem to be chasing my tail trying to find out anything about the family. all I have is my husbands grandfathers 1916-18 army papers. |
