I have just discovered my grand mothers father Charles Henry Dobson c1879 does not appear on any census prior to 1901 where he is a boarder. It says he was born in Paneras, where is that? |

he was in Croydon 15 Glouster road as a boarder. |

the 1901 census says he was born in Croydon but when i went to check his birth record it says he was born in paneras. |

Sorry, but on Ancestry the Charles Dobson in Gloucester Road is born Croydon. |

Maybe i'm getting information i got from the 1881 census on ancestry.co.uk mixed up with this site as you can get differences with dates and years. I will bouble check my information. |
