I had loads of problems with AOL disconnecting. Then SIL asked me if I downloaded any music sites and I had downloaded Limewire. |

I'm with orange (formerly wannado, formerly freeserve), have very few problems with them. only had to call tech support twice in the last 3 years, once had a really sexy sounding scottish boy who was very helpful and sorted things out (turned out to be a weak signal that hadn't been reported). The second time, just a few weeks ago was an Indian woman who obviously was just reading from their script of issues and had me change all my settings despite my insistance that I had actually been online at the time it stopped working. Of course, nothing I did worked because it was a problem with the BT line. Next day it was working fine and all my computer settings were all completely to hell. So, sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not. *sigh* lol. |
