	Hi everyone, This is driving me up the wall can not get to my tree to up date. I have now got the new version, never had a problem before, tried to unblock but can not any ideas please Phyllis

There were reports that a recent Microsoft upgrade to Internet Explorer made the pop-up blocker more aggressive. Try enabling pop-ups for this site or hold down the Ctrl key, as you click to open your tree.

	This is driving me mad too. The pop up blocker is off and that doesn´t work but when I tried Ctr key that has given me access, thanks for the hint I would never have thought of that.
