According to their website Certs are still £7 if you provide the reference. Remember to tick the box at the bottom the order page, otherwise you will be charged £10. |

The website still says £7. Its only £10 if you cant supply them with a reference number or you supply them with an incorrect reference number, then they will add on £3. I hope they dont put it up, i still have a few english certs i need to order. Mhairi |

sorry, guys, a friend gave me the info as she just ordered one and said it was £10, I had given her the gro ref too, so she ordered saying no ref numbers, hence the £10.....aarrgh Oh well, that's a relief:) Thanks for clarifying |

Certainly still £7 from register offices. PS And free advice from one in Suffolk - I posted a letter on Wednesday, and received an email reply Friday - very helpful, told me where someone fitted into my family without me having to send for two certificates. |

I understood that changes to the GRO fees, IF they ever change, happen on 1st April in any given year. Mumsy. |

That's good then, did think that a £3 increase in one go was a bit much. My theory on the survey was shot down in flames then!!! lol Linda |
