I have a death certificate for a William Henry Egerton which is not mine. See below:-

I am now trying to find out whether there is any connection to my Egertons. William Henry was a shoemaker and died in 1880, aged 28, leaving a widow, Sarah. I know I have in the past seen an 1881 entry for a Sarah Egerton (widow) living at the address on the certificate but I cannot find it now, searching on Sarah's name. The address is 25 Southwell Street, Harphurhey, Manchester. I have tried searching ancestry using the address, to no avail. Can anyone advise please. Lynne

Did not find by address search. Just put Sarah Ege* in Lancashire for the search Actually it can be found by address search but leave Civil Parish box empty and only using county of Lancashire Maureen
