HI Roy, Just tried what you had suggested and it worked!! Thank you so much I was trying to highlight them all at once and it wouldn't work but holding down the Ctrl button I was able to do it one at a time. I just wanted to keep a copy of all my e-mail addresses in case something happened and I lost them. Betty |

open Outlook express, then click on address book then click on file and then print, or highlight the one you want and right click and select print, to print more than one press and hold down ctrl, then left click on all that you want to print, then holding your mouse over the highlighted area right click and select print. I have been trying for some time to print out all the e-mail addresses but I can't just highlight and copy and paste. Is there some other way to do it. I have to go out soon but would appreciate any help. Betty |
