I would love to trace the history of Poppy Jakes (query on spelling) who lived at 39 Knight Street, Liverpool in the early 60's. She had three daughters, Norma, Jean and Joyce and I always called her 'Nana' although I can find no connection whatsoever with my family. Any ideas how to proceed? Alice Update: Thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I have no more info - I reckon she must have been in her 50's, but I don't know anything about her background. Is it possible to see a record of who lived there, then I'd know if I had spelt her name correctly? I have an idea I'm on a fruitless journey here! Alice |

Hi Alice. I would start with her death and then work backwards. You would then have to look for her marriage and so on. Perhaps one of the daughters bith would give you more. Does she not have any family left alive. Good Luck Germaine x |

Do you know when she died? There's no one of that name registered after 1984 on Ancestry. Janice |
