Debra, I am blonde too( well actually going ungracefully grey thanks to my grans genes who went white at 21! )I cant work out that 1837 site either, anyway I object to paying when I have got on happily with freebmd up to now. Samantha, I have a sister in Toronto and she visits a Mormon LDS library for info. As far as details post 1901 goes I suppose its asking living relatives as much as poss, I did have a great uncle who was the oldest man in Britain( Arthur Whitlock) so perhaps thats cheating, and my mum is 82 so that helps too. Otherwise persevere with this site and hope you link up with someone who can fill in the pieces.Or join a Family History society or surf the web, eg www.cyndislist
