Christine Perez If you have only just started, welcome to the anoraks club!!! You will, very soon give up your whole life to dead people! Start by asking older family members for certificates, or at least copies and begin with your parents and work backwards. At stages, you will need to purchase certs. locally or from the Family Records Centre in London. Once you get back as far as 1901 the fun really starts and you can then look for census records. Believe me, thats enough to be getting on with. Happy hunting!!
