To Lynne Coakley If you click on File/Print you get an option of Print reports that gives you various menus with different layout options. The page set up on the right hand side of this gives you a selection of portrait or landscape. You can get a tree by clicking on the Descendants option and choosing your start person from your list. It asks you how many generations you want per page so you could play around till you get what you want. The Help Menu on the PAF file is quite comprehensive, it might give you other clues No doubt someone with more experience than I have might be able to explain things clearer but just in case they don't here's my pennyworth! Best wishes Ann
