Terry I am replying to you even tho' I'm not certain of the answer! I was having problems with my tree and in an attempt to solve them, I logged on again with the same email and a different password. I set up a small tree starting (obviously) with me. The problem I had was not resolved. I then tried to delete the tree I had set up. That gave me an insight as to the problems a lot of people are facing. - It was a nightmare! Eventually I managed to delete everything but the trick seemed to be that you cannot delete anyone who has more than 2 connections. You need to start at kids and work backwards! I'm sorry that I can't be more specific. It is a little bit of trial and error. At each stage, if it does permit you to delete something, at least you are given an option.
