Terry I am replying to you even tho' I'm not certain of the answer! I was having problems with my tree and in an attempt to solve them, I logged on again with the same email and a different password. I set up a small tree starting (obviously) with me. The problem I had was not resolved. I then tried to delete the tree I had set up. That gave me an insight as to the problems a lot of people are facing. - It was a nightmare! Eventually I managed to delete everything but the trick seemed to be that you cannot delete anyone who has more than 2 connections. You need to start at kids and work backwards! I'm sorry that I can't be more specific. It is a little bit of trial and error. At each stage, if it does permit you to delete something, at least you are given an option. Hope some of that makes sense! Jill
