I'm trying to find my birth mother. I know her name and my birth name. I was registered in Waltham Forest. I've posted a notice on the trying to find board. Any further suggestions what to do gratefully received.

Alison Provided you are over 18 you can trace your birth parents, contact the social services department. Alternatively if you know the adoption agency, get in touch with them and they will help you. Lynne sale
