Deaths in wars/at sea etc.

Evening all, I think some people were asking about death certificates for war casualties etc.? I've found a reference in some notes that these records are held in the Miscellaneous Index only available at the Family Record Centre. Hope this is useful to someone. Beryl Co.Durham.
