how can i find out about my husbands grandads milertry records? his name is harry victor hetterly. born maidstone kent 1910?

Karen My mother obtained her father's military record from: The Ministry of Defence Bourne Avenue Hayes Middlesex UB3 1RF This gave details of his service & medals. Don't know about charges etc. Good luck Pat Frome, Somerset

The war graves commission have a debt of honour roll for servicemen killed in wws I and II, dont have web address but a search engine will find it,also try the Toblic Record Office (now National Archive) web site, which has useful how to information leaflets on all kinds of family history searches which can be done on their records
