I know I have a Great Uncle that was a Vicar and family history shows that it was in Rockfield Monmouthshire, however I cannot find any exact records. Does anyone know of any records of clergymen that I may be able to use as reference?

I have checked at my local library and they have the 91/92 edition. Will that contain records as far back as the 20's?

Crockfords and the Clerical Directories wont tell you much, if you find him it will realy only confirm dates and Parish. You need a large County Library phone them first, directories go by year, The jolly old PRO at Kew have both going back to 18... something. If you phone and theyre not too busy they may even look it up for you. Good luck!
