Hi I seem to have solved the problem by using a different search engine. I was using Coppernic which uses a selection of search engines but when I went in using Google, it worked. So thanks everyone for your help. Thank goodness for that. Ann

Thanks Debra, Although maybe 2002 was different to 2003. Who knows?

I can't find my previous message but thanks for all your suggestions. I have done as you suggested Brian, that didn't work,I can't find any mention of unzip Lynne, where is it? Has anyone fully accessed this site that has Norton Security 2003 on their machine? We are beginning to wonder if that is the problem. When 'allowing cookies' is it just 1837 online that we need to allow do you know? Sorry to be a pain. I'm not thick --really!! Ann
