I have posted this before but can't find it now. I have in my possession a book on HMS Durban, written by her Captain about their three year trip to S America 1931-1933. I have it because my Father was on the ship and is named in the book. The purpose of this is to say that in the back of the book is listed all officers and crew on the ship. If you had relations in the R Navy they could be on the list. If you let me know I will check and let you have a copy of the list. There are 37 Officers and Midshipmen and about 450 men. The list gives Surname and initials and, in the case of officers, rank. Ann Glos
