Hi! Pamela, I am a member of the Chorley Family History Society, and when I've said to various members (including committee members) that I needed this information, no one has said they have it. Next time I'll ask directly. Thanks for you reply. June,Nr.Preston.Lan. |

June Have you tried asking your local LDS to find out if the Chorley (Lancs) Family History Centre has these records as they hold almost all of those available? Pamela |

The last time I went to the Family History centre, I moaned because they weren't very helpful, I've been again today and they couln't have been more helpful. They found the Parish Records I need and ordered for Worcs. Unfortuneately the records for Lincolnshire are only available up to 1855. I need 1855/56/57. Please Lincolnshire, please release them! If you are up against the brick wall, try the Family History Centre. Thanks to William and Ve who recommended them. June, Nr.Preston.Lan. |
