HELP certs on line

Hi me again just to say it worked straight away as soon as we disabled the firewall,I'll have to remember to remove it again when I order more certs what would I do without you friends out there and G.C. many thanks Jill

Thanks for the replys,I'll have to disconnect my fire wall but I'll wait for my son to come home first in case I do something wrong.Boy am I glad it didn't work each time I pressed checkout I would have had enough certs to paper my room with ha ha.Many thanks Jill from Cardiff

Hi Jillian We have had the same problem and it appears that your firewall could be the problem. Try checking your firewall or internet protection. Julie

Hi what am I doing wrong??? I've filled in the on-line forms for two birth certs but when I finish and press the checkout key it just comes back to the same order,it must be wrong because it havn't asked for my credit card details.I've tried it a few times and it's still the same thing,I hope it havn't worked because I think I'll end up with loads.help Jill from cardiff
