Thanks Ros, How do I view the film? Or is it in CD form? Also would the LDS have this particular film as I could not find the burial info on the LDS site - some kind person found it for me on the National Burials Index. Kathy

I wonder why you want to view this record - after all you seem to have all the relevant information - unles of course you disbelieve it? If you want to see the ACTUAL record you will have to visit the local repository for that particular parish record and ask to see the parish record itself. You may well require a CARN ticket to do this - most record offices seem able to issue such items. Graham

I don't know what records churches have but I have copies of several burial registration documents for burials in the municipal cemetery. These are very useful as they have addresses when the grave was bought. Names and details of all persons in the grave - these can often be other relatives. It has the depths also but that is not of much use! Martin

Graham I am hoping there will be an age of death as I don't have a birth date. Ros Thanks for the advice about LDS films, as I think I have found a relative whose name is wrongly spelled and the film may verify which is correct.
