sorry about the earlier message!! I`ve been able to look up bmd records for Middlesbrough/Stockton area online at www(.)middlesbrough-indexes(.)co(.)uk It`s a brilliant service and quick too! Does anyone know if there are any other areas that are putting their indexes online like this

Have a look at UK BMD <http://> <www> <ukbmd> <org> <uk> There are links to several areas of the country there. Also most Register Offices have a WWW site so it is always worth doing a search and look at their site. MB
