Thanks Angela and Janet for your replies. I managed to get it accepted (I was putting too much information in), added to my basket successfully, then tried to pay and the error page came up, now I have to wait to see if I get an Email message accepting my payment. So I've decided to leave it 24 hours and start again. Once again thanks for your help. June,Nr.Preston.Lan. |

You only need to complete the fields with a red star next to them. The other fields are optional. I ordered a death certificate last week with no date of death (just the quarter and year) and it came no problem earlier this week. |

I've finally got round to ordering a certificate on line (from the 1837 site) and it requests the date of death, I've only got the quarter and year. How did anyone else get around this please? June,Nr.Preston.Lan. |
