Have you tried contacting your local Latter Day Saints Geneology centre. They will be your most likely place of success.If they can't help they will point you in the right direction. Do not worry if you are not a member of the LDS Church you do not have to be. |

I don't know if anyone has access to the the 1861 census in Durham, but I am looking for John Walton born Toft Hill he would be abt 27 with a son William Walton born Toft Hill abt 1 yr old, they could be living in Toft Hill (Auckland St Helen) or Darlington. It is the wife/mother that I am most interested in as this was John's 1st marriage but can't find any record of. Thanks Kim Sandhurst |
