Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 123 Send Message	Not quite sure what you are asking in your question. The IGI will give you details of Births Marriages and (to a lesser extent) deaths. You can search the IGI in a specific area or parish using batch numbers and if you are searching for a particular surname you may well be overwhelmed with information. The IGI is not a complete record of Births Marriages and Deaths, but is a magnificant free resource. Whatever information you glean from it must be put into the picture you are trying to create and see if it progresses your search any further.
