	Have you tried FreeBMD or LDS site? They are worth a shot.

Member Since: January 0001 Posts: 0 Send Message	British Citizens living abroad have the choice to register births with the British Consulate. I had two children abroad (South Africa). I only registered the first one with the BC. His birth is listed in the Records Office in Scotland (and also SA).My second child's records are not listed here - only is SA. Hope that helps.
