Can anyone do a 1901 census look up for 27 Stansfield Street, Blackburn,Lancashire. My father-in-law, Richard Cooper,(parents Richard and Janet) was born there in 1904, but would like to know if there's any older siblings that hopefully lived there in 1901.

The 1901 census is available online. If you type in 1901 UK census in your search facility it should be there. It costs a minmum of £5 and 75p to view a full census record or 50p to view an individual record.
