It means precisely that. If you know the GRO ref they can go straight to the record instead of searching through the names on thier database. Therefore its cheaper.

Hello When ordering a certificate through the 1837 site it says Full certificate of bmd £11.50 or full certificate of bmd with gro reference supplied £7.00 Does that mean the first one they find it for you, and the second I supply the gro Reference so its cheaper. I am not really stupid just a bit confused and any help would be appreciated. Thank you Debbie
