HI An ancestor of mine was recorded as a Fluckster Hawk. What is this? George

George, a guess at it - in metal smelting a 'flux' is a substance used in the process (e.g. borax or salt or lime I think), to 'hawk' is to sell. Could be a trader of some mineral like lime?
