What am I doing wrong? Every time I try to lookup a name on "Free" BMD I am invited to join Ancestry dot com. I thought free meant free. Jim

Jim, The top of the FreeBMD pages have advertisements for Ancestry. They lure you in because there's a blue box with fields for Given Name and Last Name and a big search button. They can be confusing because they look like they're part of the FreeBMD site. Crista
